Teaching
is a dignified vocation that takes someone’s perseverance, dedication,
principles and passion toward this. It is rewarding activity that greatly
affect not only the teacher’s life but also the learner. It is a system that requires
knowledge and wisdom on teaching-learning process which aims to change
learner's perception, enhance skills and develops student's behavior and
personality. It is something that takes place only when learning does.
Taking an Education course is hard yet
challenging path among the future educators. It needs pail of sweat and
efforts, bunch of patience and of course money matters. We were aware that most
of the teachers have a lot of loans and problems. Many have doubts about it
because they know how hard teaching is. But there's a powerful force that
pushes them to continue and fight. It is their passion and eagerness to have
change. Their motivation and aspirations serves as their stepping stone in
attaining their dreams to mold and produce a productive and efficient citizen
of our society.
Being an educator is a
fulfilling profession that gives satisfaction to an individual as he/she did
it. There’s unexplainable happiness that our heart feel as we see a student
learning and realizing something. It is good to know that there are young
students who are motivated and inspire to do better because of us. It is nice to know that we have change someone’s
perspectives in live. It is worth seeing how the students work hard to
participate and try to share his/her insights in the teaching-learning process.
It is nice to hear students who are thankful for having such teacher as you. It
is heart whelming knowing that your students will be an asset of the government
and not a liability. They use their learnings in uplifting one’s eagerness to
have change.
A
teacher serves as light in someone’s ignorance. They are the eye opener of
reality and the discovery guide of curiosity. In life they serve as the life
coach and dreams in stiller which direct student’s path toward success. They
drive student’s dream into reality. Educators
give the learner a strong shield that they can use against immorality,
discrimination, ignorance and poverty.
But to become an educator is not as easy as a simple addition. It
is a complicated math problem that needs theorem, proof, formula and takes time
and steps to win the answer. A professional teacher were equipped with principles,
trainings, wisdom, passion and experiences.
The professional teachers were committed and passionate of what they
are doing. They are those dedicated
citizens who choose to serve the needy and illiterate people without setting an
exception. They are those patriotic individuals who prefer to educate and help their
own Filipino citizens to protect themselves against the flaws of this
judgmental and worst society. But it is important for us to realize that everyone
can be a teacher in our own different way.
